Since Alamo Pools wants to make false claims and outright lies about my pool installation and how things have gone, every text, email, phone call, and picture that exists between Alamo Pools and I regarding my pool project will be posted in the tabs above. Here we go:
Amor and I only had two phone calls. The first was correlated with the messages when I initially requested a call to go over the next steps of the pool install, on March 20th. The second is when I called Amor after not hearing anything from Alamo Pools for over two months to inform them that I discovered that their LLC has been forfeited. I stated the implications of their LLC forfeiture and again, asked them to consider making some kind of deal to move forward with the pool so that lawyers would not have the be involved. I made it clear that I was open to work out a deal and asked them to review my refund offer again and offer what they thought was fair.
Amor stated that they were unaware of the LLC status and that she said the owners were reviewing my email for the refund offer. Come to find out that was not the case and the owners had not received that email according to what Mitchel Salas told me in our phone call on August 8th.
August 8th is the long phone call we had about the pool as previously mentioned in the emails. I attempted to call Mitchel Salas, on August 14 and 16, to follow up since he never returned either of my emails after the call. Both times, Ruth Salas answered the calls to which I asked that Mitchel give me a call back about an important issue. She stated she would let him know both times to call me but I never received a call back.
