Text, Email, and Call Correspondence

All of these were from my first email to them until the day before the start of the project.

This is the response I received from Mitchel Salas after an almost 45 minute phone call on Aug. 8th, when we went over all the issues that had occurred, their forfeited LLC, and how we can move forward. In that phone call, I made it very clear I wanted to work something out that was beneficial for both of us. Although Mitchel tried blaming me for the stopping of the project on the phone call, which was not true, he eventually did apologize and the call ended on a good note after he stated he would review the emails that I had sent to Amor and get back to me. Below is his response and my subsequent responses back. 

It was a bit off putting that in his response he still held the position that I stopped the project when I had explained it to him in the phone call then sent him the screenshots of Amor and I's text messages showing that was not true. He did not even offer anything other than to finish the project by pouring concrete even though the pool was still out of level, cracked, and with the gel coat peeling.
