Alamo Pools of Texas

My attorney has been trying to arbitrate with Alamo Pools for almost a year, we initially sued them for damages and to cover the finishing/replacing of the pool. On October 14th, 2024, my attorney spoke with the attorney of Alamo Pools. Alamo Pool's counsel stated that they did not have any money to satisfy a judgement against them if we continue to try and collect, basically they said they are broke. Not sure how they are still in business, but that is a separate issue. Despite that, we are still moving to secure a judgement and attempt to collect what I am owed.
